Alessia Di Sbrojavacca
Alessia Sbroiavacca is a certified public accountant (Dottore Commercialista) and a Researcher in Tax Law at the University of Trieste, where she teaches in the courses on Corporate Tax Law, European and International Tax Law, and Business Administration. She is also a statutory auditor (Revisore Legale) and a registered journalist (giornalista pubblicista).
She graduated with honours in Economics from the University of Trieste and obtained a PhD in Legal Sciences from the University of Udine. She also holds a Law degree, graduated with top honours (summa cum laude).
She manages the firm’s advisory, assistance and tax representation activities in the pre-litigation phase, and assists taxpayers before the tax authorities and the tax courts. She provides routine consultancy services, including the preparation of legal opinions pro veritate, ruling requests, and related matters.
She is the author of the book “Corporate Taxation and Qualitative Discrimination of Business Profits”, published by Giappichelli in 2021, and of numerous publications on tax matters in leading sector journals.
She is a member of the editorial board of the journal Giurisprudenza delle Imposte (Assonime) and heads the Study Group “Assessment and Collection, Tax Litigation and Deflative Procedures” at the Order of Certified Public Accountants of Venice. She is a fellow of the Bruno Leoni Institute and a member of the Italian Association of Professors and Scholars of Tax Law.
